Ingredients:

• Peanuts
• Almonds
• Sesame seeds
• Ginger
• Pepper
• Paprika
• Bay leaves
• Tomato slices
• Onion slices
• Toasted bread roll
• A portion of chocolate
• Sugar
• Salt
• Rice
• Chicken or carnitas

Process:

First, brown the peanut seeds, sesame seeds and almonds. Afterwards you have to stir everything together with spices: gender, pepper, paprika, a few bay leaves, onion and tomato. I stir them and blend them. Once they are ground I stir them all together. Then piece apart the bread roll because sometimes it’s too hard for it to fall apart on its own. I have the saucepan or pot ready where I am going to dissolve everything so that it cooks. Once cooked, the mole is served with chicken and rice. Sometimes with carnitas, that’s how we’re used to making it.
