Ingredients:
- Poblano chile pepper
- Onions
- Cream
- Tomatoes

- Lasagna pasta “Barilla”
Sauce:
- Tomato
- Green chile pepper
- Árbol chile pepper
- Cream
- Mayonnase
- Mustard
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bay leaf
Process:
Cook the tomatoes with two carrots. Ground them in half with the stick of butter. Boil the sauce with spices of pepper, bay leaf, and nothing else. Fry the sausage, drain it, and make sure that all fat is removed. Then make a few slices of poblano chile pepper and stew them with sliced onion. When everything is ready, then you start preparing everything together.
Smear the mold with butter, a bed of sauce from the ground tomatoes. Put a few layers of pasta with the sliced poblano chile pepper and onion. Then put cream and sausage on it. Lastly, sprinkle the cheese layer on it. Layer upon layer, keep doing this until you finish. Add a little more of everything on top and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Sauce:
First, cook all the green and árbol chiles along with the tomatoes. Then blend this mix with the cream, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic and salt to taste.
