Hecho con Amor: For the Love of Chocolate
Ages 18 ONLY.
Vaccination Cards Required Upon Entrance.
The Aztecs and Mayans understood the power of chocolate and used cacao beans as a form of currency or as an offering to the gods.
In this class, participants will make chocolate treats as offerings to their loved ones, friends, or family members. We will learn the difference between couverture chocolate and coating chocolate. You’ll get the chance to create delicious bites, and pack them in red gift boxes, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Instructor: Pastry Chef Norma Salazar
