Platica y Prueba: Valle de Guadalupe Fall Wines

Are you looking for the the perfect fall wine for your dinner parties or happy hour?

In this class, LA Plaza Cocina will help you discover what wine qualities to consider when selecting white, rosé, or sparkling wines for your fall celebrations.

We will discuss distinct qualities in wine such as acidity, dryness, as well as the differences between light and full-bodied wines. In addition, information on grapes, the winemaking process, flavor profiling and pairings will be examined.

Wine tasting and bonatas will be served.
