Hecho con Amor: Mole
Ages 18 Only!
Vaccination Required Upon Entrance
Mole is a beautiful intricate sauce, savory and sometimes sweet. Mole, Molli, or Mulli, the word for “sauce” in Nahuatl, is not just a chocolate sauce; it is a complex synchronization of seeds, plantains, tortillas, spices and more. It is important to note, not all moles are equal. They come in assorted colors and textures and vary from state to state.
Students will learn tips, techniques, and will be talked through step-by-step in this hands-on class.
Special Guest: Chef Jonathan Perez of Macheen and Distrito Catorce
