Learn all about making K’orundas, a traditional tamal-like dish made in Michoacan, Mexico.
In this class, participants will learn how to season and prepare masa dough for K’orundas, how to use the leaf blade of the corn plant to wrap the star-shaped tamal, and how to make a tomato sauce that is commonly paired with them!
